Product Condition & Packaging
Our products are independently sourced and offered in unused and never installed condition unless otherwise specified.
Due to the nature of our sourcing and distribution process, packaging may vary. Products may arrive in:
- Original manufacturer packaging, which may show signs of handling, storage, transportation, or cosmetic damage.
- Original packaging with labels, markings, or other signs of warehouse processing.
- Generic or replacement packaging intended to protect the product during shipping.
Packaging condition does not necessarily reflect the condition or quality of the product itself.
We strive to ensure that our product descriptions accurately represent the merchandise offered. Any known functional defects, cosmetic imperfections, or missing components will be disclosed where applicable.
Authentic Products & Independent Retailer Status
AquaLux Studio is an independent retailer offering authentic products from recognized kitchen and bathroom fixture brands.
We are not an authorized dealer, distributor, or affiliate of Moen or other manufacturers unless expressly stated otherwise.
All brand names, product names, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for product identification purposes.
Because our products are independently sourced, they may not qualify for the original manufacturer's warranty, even when unused. Customers should not assume that manufacturer warranty coverage applies unless expressly confirmed.
To provide additional peace of mind, eligible purchases are supported by our own AquaLux Studio Limited Warranty, described below.
Returns & AquaLux Studio Limited Warranty
Your satisfaction and confidence matter to us.
We offer a 30-day return window, followed by an additional 30-day limited warranty covering qualifying product defects.
1. Standard Return Window — First 30 Days
Customers may request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery, subject to our standard Return & Refund Policy.
Return eligibility, item condition requirements, refund procedures, and any applicable exceptions are governed by that policy.
2. AquaLux Studio Limited Warranty — Days 31–60
Following the expiration of the initial 30-day return window, eligible products receive an additional 30 days of limited warranty coverage provided directly by AquaLux Studio.
This limited warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that cause the product to malfunction under normal residential use and proper installation.
Covered defects may include:
- Internal component failures that prevent the fixture from operating as intended.
- Leakage caused by defective internal valves, cartridges, seals, or other original components.
- Malfunctioning handles, diverters, or flow-control mechanisms resulting from manufacturing defects.
- Other verified defects in materials or workmanship that materially affect the product's intended operation.
Coverage applies only to qualifying defects reported during the warranty period and is subject to inspection and verification by AquaLux Studio.
3. What Is Not Covered
This limited warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by improper installation, incorrect assembly, or failure to follow applicable installation instructions.
- Accidental damage, misuse, negligence, abuse, or unauthorized product modifications.
- Damage resulting from excessive water pressure, freezing, water contamination, corrosive cleaning products, or other unsuitable operating conditions.
- Normal wear and tear, including gradual deterioration of finishes or components through ordinary use.
- Cosmetic imperfections, packaging damage, or other nonfunctional conditions disclosed at the time of purchase.
- Damage caused by third-party components, improper repairs, or modifications, to the extent such damage results from those actions.
Costs associated with installation, removal, reinstallation, plumbing labor, or related services are not covered under this limited warranty, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
4. Warranty Resolution
If a qualifying defect is confirmed during the warranty period, AquaLux Studio will, at its discretion and subject to applicable law:
- Provide an appropriate replacement part, when available.
- Repair the defective product.
- Replace the product with the same or a reasonably comparable item, subject to availability.
- Issue a refund of the original product purchase price if repair or replacement is impractical.
We will work with customers to determine a reasonable resolution based on the nature of the defect and product availability.
5. How to Submit a Warranty Claim
To request warranty assistance, please contact AquaLux Studio through our website at aqualux.studio within the applicable warranty period.
Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photographs or video when reasonably available.
We may request additional information or arrange an inspection to determine whether the issue qualifies for warranty coverage.
Please do not discard or return a defective product before receiving instructions from our customer service team.
6. Warranty Terms & Limitations
This is a limited warranty provided exclusively by AquaLux Studio and is independent of any manufacturer warranty.
It applies to the original retail purchaser of an eligible product and is not transferable.
The limited warranty begins on the 31st calendar day after delivery and expires at the end of the 60th calendar day after delivery. Warranty claims must be submitted within that period.
This warranty does not extend or replace the standard return policy and does not guarantee coverage by the original manufacturer.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable federal or state law.
