Refund Policy

We strive to ensure that every purchase meets your expectations. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving the item.

Return conditions

• The item must be in its original packaging and show no signs of use or damage.
• All tags, seals, included parts, and accessories must be intact.
• A receipt or order number is required.

How to initiate a return

1. Email wynkoopcassy@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
2. After approval, send the item to the return address provided in our instructions.
3. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the refund.

A flat $7.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund unless the item received was incorrect or damaged. Custom-made items are non-returnable except where required by law.
