Shipping Policy

SILK & SAND L.L.C. currently ships online orders within the United States.

Delivery times

Orders are dispatched within 1 business day. Standard Shipping is then delivered in 2–5 business days (3–6 business days in total from the time the order is placed). Express Shipping is delivered in 1–2 business days after dispatch (2–3 business days in total). The delivery estimate available for a specific order is shown at checkout.

Shipping costs

• Standard Shipping for orders with a subtotal under $100.00: $8.00.
• Standard Shipping for orders with a subtotal of $100.00 or more (before taxes and after discounts): free.
• Express Shipping: $25.00 per order.

Only shipping methods available for the customer's address at checkout can be selected.

Tracking and delays

After an order ships, tracking information is sent to the email address provided with the order. Delivery may be delayed by carrier disruptions, weather, public holidays, or other events outside our control. We will notify affected customers when we receive notice of a material delay.
