Valve required, sold separately. This is a trim kit (the visible handle, plate and fixtures). It installs on a Moen Posi-Temp pressure-balancing rough-in valve, which is not included. Before ordering, make sure a compatible Moen Posi-Temp rough-in valve is already installed, or order one separately.
The Moen T2253EP is a Brantford single-handle Posi-Temp tub/shower trim kit in Chrome that comes with a showerhead, shower arm, flange and diverter tub spout. It is meant for a bathtub and shower combination and installs over a compatible Moen Posi-Temp rough-in valve, which is sold separately. It suits both replacing the trim on an existing compatible valve and finishing a bathroom remodel.
