Moen 8343 Commercial Chrome Transfer Posi-Temp Tub/Shower

The Moen 8343 is a Commercial three-function tub/shower system in Chrome. It combines a pressure-balancing temperature valve and a 3-function transfer valve feeding a stationary showerhead, a hand-held shower on a 30" slide bar and a tub filler. It suits commercial, multifamily and residential bathrooms, for new construction, remodels or replacement of an existing system with 1/2" CC supply connections.

Compatibility

For wall installation over a tub with 1/2" CC supply connections and a minimum 3" wall cavity. The temperature valve cartridge accommodates back-to-back installations. The valve is not intended to be used as a shut-off valve; to prevent cross flow, check valves must be integral to the supply valve or installed in both hot and cold supply lines.
