It installs on a Moen widespread rough-in valve, such as the M-PACT 9000, which is not included. Before ordering, make sure a compatible Moen widespread rough-in valve is already installed, or order one separately.

The Moen T6805BL is a Dartmoor two-handle high arc widespread bathroom sink faucet trim in Matte Black. It installs through three holes at the sink and works with a Moen widespread rough-in valve, which is sold separately. It suits bathroom faucet replacements and remodels.
