Valve required, sold separately. This is a trim kit (the visible handle, plate and fixtures). It installs on a Moen M-CORE rough-in valve, which is not included. This is an M-CORE 2-Series trim: one handle that controls temperature only (no separate volume control). Before ordering, make sure a compatible Moen M-CORE rough-in valve is already installed, or order one separately.
The Moen UT2661 is a single-handle Vichy valve trim in Chrome that mounts on the finished wall of a shower or tub/shower area over an M-CORE 2-Series rough-in valve. It is the valve trim version of the Vichy M-CORE 2-Series line, which Moen also offers as separate shower trim (UT2662) and tub/shower trim (UT2663) versions. It suits a bathroom remodel or the replacement of an existing trim on a compatible U130 or U140 series valve.
