Valve required, sold separately. This is a trim kit (the visible handle, plate and fixtures). It installs on a Moen M-CORE rough-in valve, which is not included. This is an M-CORE 2-Series trim: one handle that controls temperature only (no separate volume control). Before ordering, make sure a compatible Moen M-CORE rough-in valve is already installed, or order one separately.
The Moen UT2741BN is a Glyde M-CORE 2-Series single-handle valve trim in Brushed Nickel for tub and shower areas. It mounts over a Moen M-CORE 2-Series rough-in valve (U130 or U140 Series, sold separately), so it suits both replacing existing trim and finishing a bathroom remodel.
