Valve required, sold separately. This is a trim kit (the visible handle, plate and fixtures). It installs on a Moen M-CORE rough-in valve, which is not included. This is an M-CORE 2-Series trim: one handle that controls temperature only (no separate volume control). Before ordering, make sure a compatible Moen M-CORE rough-in valve is already installed, or order one separately.
The Moen UT2742EP is a Glyde single-handle shower only trim kit in Chrome for the M-CORE 2-Series pressure balance platform. It finishes a shower installation with a showerhead, shower arm and flange and is limited to 1.75 gpm. It suits a shower remodel or a trim replacement on a compatible Moen U130 or U140 series rough-in valve, which is sold separately.
